This advice was jointly prepared by BAREC and the College Board, and approved for publication on 20/06/2025. You will find instructions on the signing of the informed consent form by the parents of a minor participating in a pediatric clinical trial.

History : Version 2 was the first version approved by the College Board. Version 3 was approved on 10/07/2026. It includes a restructuring of the text as well as a clarification of the minor's role in the consent process.
